☕ Barista – PT/FT

Help fuel the Madhouse community with high-quality drinks and unmatched hospitality. You’ll work the café and front desk, serving as the face of the brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Make smoothies, cold brew, and protein drinks quickly and accurately
  • Set up, prep, and restock ingredients each shift
  • Keep café space clean, organized, and visually on-brand
  • Recommend new products and upsell when appropriate
  • Handle cash/card transactions through POS system
  • Provide membership and front desk customer service
  • Re-rack gym equipment and assist with facility upkeep
  • Clean and restock restrooms as needed
  • Control gym music and maintain a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere
Shifts Available:

Morning, evening, and weekend availability preferred. Flexible scheduling available.

🧼 Maintenance Crew – PT/FT

Help keep Madhouse running at its best. You’ll make sure the space is spotless, fully stocked, and ready to deliver an elevated experience to every member.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize gym floors, equipment, restrooms, and café areas
  • Refill all facility supplies (paper towels, soap, sanitizer, wipes, etc.)
  • Sweep, mop, and maintain a polished floor appearance throughout the gym
  • Disinfect high-touch surfaces and uphold cleanliness standards
  • Re-rack weights and organize equipment throughout the facility
  • Restock and organize storage areas
  • Empty trash bins and take out waste responsibly
  • Report any facility or equipment issues promptly
Shifts Available:

Evening and night shifts preferred. Flexible hours available for the right candidate.

Ideal Qualities:

Detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in cleanliness. Able to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision.

🔐 Requirements for All Roles

  • California Food Handler’s Card (or willing to obtain)
  • 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Punctual, team-focused, and respectful of the environment
